Pre-Notice
on 2014 Summer Congregation for Graduation and Conferment of Degrees
Dear 2014’Graduates,
According to the University and the School’s guidance, the 2014 Summer Congregation for Graduation and Conferment of Degrees for Postgraduates will be held on June 29th. The following is the arrangement for the School’s professional-degree graduates to participate the congregation and group-photo. Please carry out as stated.
(1)Attention
Please arrive at the campus before 7:10 AM, and receive the academic gown. The time for group-photo is very limited, please be punctual to take part in.
(2)Dressing
Please wear white or light-color shirts, suit pants (female students could wear skirts), take ties, don’t wear sandals or slippers.
(3)Arrangement
Time Activities
7:00-7:30 Receive the gowns in the classroom the School.
After 7:30, the gowns will not be granted.
7:30-8:00 Group-photo taking
8:30-11:40 Congregation for Graduation and Conferment of Degrees
After the Congregation MBA Class-Ring Awarding Ceremony
12:00-15:00 Return the gowns
Note:
(1) The schedule should take the University’s arrangement. If changed, we notice again.
(2) Details and requirements about the activities will be demonstrated on the coming notices.
(3) The sizes of the degree gown sizes are XXL,XL,L,M,S. The gowns are loose-bodied style，approximate one is all right.
(4)Those in charge should report the statistics of the number of students and gowns to Mr. WANG Yifeng (Rm. 212, Tel: 85224206) before June 22nd.
